Worked for a local Zen Buddhism temple for few years in Japan.

Started Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga Yoga. Went to India & got yoga teacher certificate, RYT200 by Yoga Alliance USA.

Currently creating yoga class ideas with Yin/Ashtanga asanas & Yoga Nidra while eating a favourite panini.
