Easy Tip : The ratio of tuna & sweetcorn does not necessarily be so perfect. Just 100g each or 1 tin (around 100g) each would be fine.

 

Ingredients and Tools

Ingredients
1. one tin of Tuna (145g/Drained Weight 95g)
2. one tin of sweet corn (160g/drained weight 140g)
3. 5/6 sticks of celery
4.  two small apples
5. Mayonnaise 70 – 80g
6. Panini breads

7.Blueberries
8.Coriander leaves

Method

Corn and Tuna tins

1.Open and drain 1 tin of tuna (145g/drained weight 95g) & 1 tin of sweet corn (160g/drained weight 140g).

2.Wash & cut 4/5 sticks of celery & apples like the picture.

3. ★Put all (Tuna/sweetcorn/apple/celery) into a bowl with mayonnaise, then mix well

4.Cut a panini bread into half & put ★3 on the half of panini bread then cover it with the other half

5. Press it for 4 – 5 minutes in your panini maker.

6. decorate your panini with some corianders and blueberries.
